release therapy

so i was asked the question, what do i do when i have a bad day or when i get down? Well first i pray to God sp that i can understand what exactly is going on with my emotions, and to help me get out that rute whatever it is. Then i put on my headphones and play some music, any genre that fits my mood at the time. My computer system also plays a major role in my release therapy, hopefully you all saw my computer demo on my youtube channel, QUESTIONS2WOW989.i use any outlet that helps me block my problems/issues. I always analyze the situation and try to grow from that experience. Every moment in life is a learning opportunity. What is life without pain, it’s like the sky without rain. That would be beautiful for sure.
